Cantor Gaming is acquiring the key gaming assets of The Kismet Group, which develops and operates premium, branded online casinos using its own robust and proven technology. Kismet has operated affinity agreements with such partners as leading luxury UK brand, Harrods, to provide online gaming solutions for them in legal and regulated markets. Kismet has over 40 casino games in its portfolio and will continue to develop gaming content as part of Cantor Gaming.

Manu Gambhir, founder of Kismet, will become Managing Director of Cantor Gaming, reporting to Cantor Gaming’s President, Lee Amaitis. In his new role, Mr Gambhir will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Cantor Gaming’s online gaming business and the development of Cantor Gaming’s proprietary gaming technology and content. Progressive Gaming International Corporation (NASDAQ: PGIC) ("Progressive") a leading provider of diversified products and services used in the gaming industry worldwide announced today that it signed strategic agreements that will expand the mobile gaming relationship between Progressive and Cantor Gaming, an affiliate of the global financial services company Cantor Fitzgerald ("Cantor").

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (NYSE: LVS) today announced that an agreement has been reached between one of its affiliates and Cantor Gaming, an affiliate of the global financial services company Cantor Fitzgerald, to launch an online casino and poker site initially aimed at serving the United Kingdom market.

Cantor Gaming will provide a complete online casino and poker destination featuring Las Vegas Sands brands, including The Venetian, Sands, Palazzo, and Paiza brands. The site will offer the most popular casino games, including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, video poker, slots and online poker. The offering will be part of a full end-to-end gaming service, including customer age and location verification, online payment processing, and customer services. The site is expected to be launched during the second quarter of 2007. The site will be hosted, and the operator will be licensed, in compliance with the laws of Alderney, British Channel Islands. It will not accept U.S. customers.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (NYSE: LVS) today announced a long-term agreement with Cantor Gaming, an affiliate of the global financial services company Cantor Fitzgerald, to provide mobile gaming services to The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino and the Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino.

The agreement provides that Cantor will be the exclusive provider of mobile gaming services to Las Vegas Sands properties in Nevada and in other jurisdictions where permitted by law.

Las Vegas Sands becomes the first Nevada casino operator to announce the use of mobile gaming technology. Last week, Cantor became the first company licensed by the Nevada Gaming Commission as a manufacturer, distributor and operator of a mobile gaming system.

Cantor Gaming, the UK-based provider of online and mobile gaming services and affiliate of global financial services company Cantor Fitzgerald, has signed an agreement with 24hPoker that will see Cantor launch new poker sites on 24hPoker' s network.

Poker will now be added to www.pub-casino.co.uk which is operated by Cantor Gaming and Punch Taverns, one of the UK' s leading pub operators with a chain of 9,000 pubs. Poker will go live on the site by the end of January 2008. Following this, poker will then be added to other sites commencing with www.tooncasino.co.uk.
