Cantor Gaming was instrumental in the passage of A.B. 471, signed into law by Nevada Governor Kenny Guinn in June 2005. That legislation led to the adoption of the mobile gaming regulations by the Nevada Gaming Commission in March 2006.

Further solidifying Cantor Gaming’s position as the pre-eminent leader in the mobile gaming market, the firm and several key executives were granted the first ever licenses as a manufacturer, distributor and operator of mobile gaming systems by the Nevada Gaming Commission on May 18, 2006.

Also in May 2006, Las Vegas Sands Corporation announced a long-term agreement with Cantor Gaming for the provision of mobile gaming services to The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino and the Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino. The agreement provides that Cantor will be the exclusive provider of mobile gaming services to Las Vegas Sands properties in Nevada and in other jurisdictions where permitted by law. Cantor's field trial for mobile gaming, as required by Nevada gaming regulations, will be conducted at The Venetian upon receipt of the required regulatory approvals.

Cantor Gaming will deploy a server-based gaming system, with full back-office infrastructure and an extensive portfolio of games. Mobile gaming will permit the play of familiar casino-style games, such as slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker, within the casino property, yet away from the confines of the traditional casino floor.

Cantor Gaming has also developed an Internet casino platform to offer on-line gaming in regulated jurisdictions outside the United States. Its on-line casino offers casino games, in single or multi-player format, with state-of-the-art graphics.

Cantor received its bookmaker's permit in the United Kingdom in 2000 with Cantor Index. Cantor Index operates a spread betting business of the same name and a betting exchange called Spreadfair. Additionally, Cantor Index licenses its Financial Fixed Odds betting product to Ladbrokes. In the United States, Cantor Index licenses pari-mutuel wagering content through a joint venture with Scientific Games Racing.
